Board members
- Mike Quinn moved into the Wild Tree Neighborhood in May of 2004, and became a member of the HOA board in 2006. He is currently serving as the President. Mike is a Registered Architect, and works all over Arizona. Mike’s wife is also an Architect and he has three young boys. He coaches youth sports, and volunteers for the Brisas Cub Scout Pack 976 where he is the Bear Den Leader and the Pack Trainer. He has worked with several non-profit boards, and recently finished tenure as the President of the United States Green Building Council Arizona Chapter. Mike served on the USGBC board and various committees for 7 years. Mike draws on his experience as a faculty associate at ASU’s School of Urban Design and the School of Architecture, and his experience planning neighborhoods and developing CC&Rs for Habitat for Humanity and Chicanos for La Casa.
- Tim Springston purchased an original home in Wild Tree in December of 1995 and joined the Wild Tree HOA Board in 2006, currently serving as Vice President. Tim works for a successful general contractor in Chandler and spends much time volunteering at his son's high school, Seton Catholic Prepatory. Tim has enjoyed helping the HOA clean up a number of discrepancies in the rules & regulations, set aside funds for critical property upkeep and operate as unobtrusively as possible.

Karl draws on his experience as business owner as well as professional education and experience as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Arizona for over the past 20 years to help serve the HOA.

About Wild Tree
The Wildtree subdivision was developed by Schirmer Ball, with three homebuilders constructing new homes in the mid 1990s, including: U.S. Homes (closest to Chandler Boulevard); Diamond Key Homes (closest to Rural Road); and T.W. Lewis Homes (closest to Desert Breeze Parkway). Two distinguished Ironwood trees stand as sentinels at the main entrances to our subdivision, and are the symbols for Wildtree. However, most would agree that our subdivision is more widely known throughout the Chandler area for the Jackrabbit, sitting in a reclining pose on a patch of grass along Chandler Boulevard. The Jackrabbit statue, created by artist Mark Rossi and donated to Wildtree by the original developers, regularly draws families for photo opportunities at Easter, and is often adorned with various decorations during the holidays. Since its inception, Wildtree has become one of the more desirable neighborhoods in the city of Chandler, benefitting from its close proximity to a wide variety of residential support services, major employment centers, parks, schools, freeways, and municipal services. With its great location, residents and thoughtful management, we hope that Wildtree will continue to be a neighborhood we are all proud to call home.
